Hazelnut Creme Brulee Cupcakes with Vanilla-Hazelnut Frosting and Caramelized Sugar on Top

These cupcakes were so good! The cake was very moist. They have some sprinkled nutmeg on them. I messed up the frosting but it was my first time making frosting from scratch. But they were still good!
